HDP Marketplace เป็นตลาดของคนรักฮาร์เลย์ กฎด้านล่างมีไว้ให้ทุกคนซื้อขายได้สบายใจ ปลอดภัย และหาของได้ง่าย ใครใช้งานเว็บนี้ถือว่ายอมรับกฎเหล่านี้

1. ข้อปฏิบัติทั่วไป

• หนึ่งคนใช้หนึ่งบัญชี ใช้ชื่อและเบอร์โทรจริง
• สุภาพต่อกัน ห้ามด่าทอ ข่มขู่ เหยียด หรือคุกคามผู้อื่น
• ห้ามแอบอ้างเป็นคนอื่น ร้านอื่น หรือทีมงาน HDP
• ห้ามใช้เว็บนี้ทำสิ่งผิดกฎหมายทุกกรณี

2. การลงประกาศขายรถ

• ลงได้เฉพาะรถที่คุณเป็นเจ้าของ หรือได้รับมอบสิทธิ์ให้ขาย
• รถต้องมีเล่มทะเบียนถูกต้อง หรือมีเอกสารการเสียภาษีสรรพสามิตเรียบร้อยแล้ว หากติดไฟแนนซ์ ติดจำนำ หรือไม่มีเล่มทะเบียน ต้องเขียนบอกในรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจน
• เลือกปี Family รุ่น สี จังหวัด และเลขไมล์ให้ตรงกับรถจริง
• ใส่รูปจริงของรถคันนั้นอย่างน้อย 4 รูป (ซ้าย ขวา หน้า หลัง) ใส่ได้สูงสุด 9 รูป ห้ามใช้รูปจากอินเทอร์เน็ตหรือรูปคันอื่น
• ใส่ราคาขายจริง ห้ามใส่ราคาหลอก เช่น 1 บาท หรือ 9,999,999 บาท
• สมาชิกทั่วไปลงขายรถได้พร้อมกันสูงสุด 5 คัน (นับคันที่รอตรวจและกำลังขาย) ถ้ามีมากกว่านั้นให้เปิดร้านค้า (ลงได้ 10 คันขึ้นไป ตามแพ็กเกจ)
• รถหนึ่งคันลงได้หนึ่งประกาศ ห้ามลงซ้ำเพื่อดันขึ้นบน ถ้าต้องการให้เห็นมากขึ้นให้ใช้เครดิตดันประกาศ
• ขายได้แล้วให้กด “ขายแล้ว” ทันที
• บอกตำหนิ อุบัติเหตุ น้ำท่วม หรือการดัดแปลงที่สำคัญตามจริง

3. การลงขายของแต่งและอุปกรณ์

• เลือกหมวด (หมวกกันน็อค, ท่อ, กรองอากาศ, กล่อง ECU, เครื่องแต่งกาย, เลขทะเบียนสวย, อะไหล่อื่น ๆ) และสภาพ (ใหม่/มือสอง) ให้ถูก
• ของเทียบหรือของเกรดทดแทนต้องเขียนบอกชัดเจน ห้ามขายของปลอมโดยอ้างว่าเป็นของแท้
• ห้ามขายของที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือเป็นอันตราย เช่น ของโจร อาวุธ หรือชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่มีที่มา

4. แชทและการติดต่อ

• แนะนำให้คุยรายละเอียดและนัดดูรถผ่านแชทในเว็บ ส่งรูปได้ มีประวัติการคุยไว้ และทีมงานช่วยตรวจสอบได้ถ้ามีปัญหา
• คุยเรื่องรถหรือสินค้าในประกาศเท่านั้น ห้ามสแปม ห้ามส่งลิงก์หลอกลวง และห้ามโฆษณาเว็บอื่น
• ห้ามส่งรูปหรือข้อความลามก รุนแรง หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคนอื่น
• ข้อความและรูปในแชทถูกบันทึกไว้ ทีมงานตรวจสอบได้เพื่อความปลอดภัย

5. ซื้อขายอย่างปลอดภัย

• ดูรถจริงก่อนจ่ายเงิน เช็กเลขตัวถัง เลขเครื่อง และเล่มทะเบียนให้ตรงกัน
• อย่าโอนมัดจำให้คนที่ยังไม่ได้เจอหรือยังไม่ได้เห็นรถ
• ระวังรถราคาต่ำกว่าราคากลางมากผิดปกติ
• นัดเจอในที่สาธารณะ หรือที่ร้าน / ศูนย์บริการ
• ทีมงาน HDP ไม่เคยขอรหัสผ่าน รหัส OTP หรือให้โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีส่วนตัว
• HDP Marketplace เป็นพื้นที่ลงประกาศ ไม่ได้เป็นคู่สัญญาซื้อขาย ผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายตกลงกันเอง

6. เครดิตและการดันประกาศ

• สมาชิกใหม่ได้เครดิตเริ่มต้น 300 เครดิต ใช้ดันประกาศได้ทันที
• เครดิตใช้ได้ในเว็บนี้เท่านั้น แลกเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนให้คนอื่นไม่ได้
• ห้ามสมัครหลายบัญชีเพื่อรับเครดิตฟรี บัญชีที่ทำแบบนี้จะถูกระงับและยกเลิกเครดิต
• ดันได้เฉพาะประกาศที่ผ่านการตรวจแล้ว

7. ร้านค้า

• ชื่อร้าน โลโก้ และข้อมูลติดต่อต้องเป็นของร้านจริง
• แพ็กเกจร้านค้า ฿500 / 7 วัน ลงได้ 10 คัน, ฿1,500 / 1 เดือน ลงได้ 30 คัน, ฿7,500 / 6 เดือน ลงได้ 50 คัน และ ฿12,500 / 1 ปี ลงได้ 50 คัน ร้านที่หมดอายุจะไม่แสดงในหน้าร้านค้า
• ร้านค้าต้องทำตามกฎข้อ 2–5 เหมือนสมาชิกทั่วไป

8. การตรวจสอบและบทลงโทษ

ทีมงานตรวจประกาศก่อนหรือหลังเผยแพร่ และอาจแก้หมวดหรือข้อมูลที่ผิดให้ถูกต้อง หากพบการทำผิดกฎ:

• ครั้งแรก: ตักเตือน และซ่อนหรือไม่อนุมัติประกาศนั้น
• ทำซ้ำ: ระงับการลงประกาศชั่วคราว
• ร้ายแรง (ฉ้อโกง ของผิดกฎหมาย แอบอ้าง): ระงับบัญชีถาวร ไม่คืนเครดิต และอาจส่งข้อมูลให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย

9. แจ้งปัญหา

เจอประกาศหรือผู้ใช้ที่น่าสงสัย กดปุ่ม “แจ้งประกาศน่าสงสัย” ในหน้าประกาศ หรือติดต่อทีมงานตามช่องทางด้านล่าง ทีมงานอาจปรับปรุงกฎนี้ได้ และจะแสดงวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน

HDP Marketplace is a market for Harley riders. These rules keep buying and selling easy, safe and pleasant for everyone. By using this site you agree to them.

1. General conduct

• One person, one account. Use your real name and phone number.
• Be polite. No insults, threats, discrimination or harassment.
• Do not pretend to be another person, another shop or the HDP team.
• Never use this site for anything illegal.

2. Listing a bike

• Only list a bike you own or are authorised to sell.
• The bike must have a valid registration book, or its excise tax must be fully paid with documents to show it. If the bike is under finance, pawned, or has no registration book, say so clearly in the description.
• Choose the year, family, model, colour, province and mileage that match the real bike.
• Upload at least 4 real photos of that bike (left, right, front, rear), up to 9 in total. No photos from the internet or of another bike.
• Enter the real asking price. No fake prices such as ฿1 or ฿9,999,999.
• A regular member can have up to 5 bikes listed at the same time (counting bikes under review and on sale). For more, open a shop (10 bikes or more, depending on the plan).
• One bike, one listing. Do not post the same bike again to push it to the top; use credits to boost it instead.
• Press “Sold” as soon as the bike is sold.
• Be honest about damage, accidents, flood damage and major modifications.

3. Selling parts and gear

• Pick the right category (helmets, exhausts, air cleaners, ECUs, riding apparel, lucky number plates, other parts) and condition (new / used).
• Say clearly if an item is aftermarket or a replacement grade. Never sell fakes as genuine.
• Do not sell illegal or dangerous items, such as stolen goods, weapons or parts of unknown origin.

4. Chat and contact

• We recommend discussing details and arranging viewings through the on-site chat. You can send photos, the conversation is kept, and the team can help check if something goes wrong.
• Only talk about the bike or item in the listing. No spam, no scam links and no advertising other websites.
• Do not send obscene or violent pictures or messages, or other people's personal information.
• Chat messages and photos are stored and may be reviewed by the team for safety.

5. Trading safely

• See the bike before you pay. Check that the frame number, engine number and registration book match.
• Do not send a deposit to someone you have not met or a bike you have not seen.
• Be careful with bikes priced far below the price guide.
• Meet in a public place, or at a shop or service centre.
• The HDP team will never ask for your password or OTP code, or ask you to transfer money to a personal account.
• HDP Marketplace is a listing platform and is not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly.

6. Credits and boosting

• New members get 300 starting credits that can be used to boost listings straight away.
• Credits can only be used on this site. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
• Do not open several accounts to collect free credits. Such accounts will be suspended and their credits cancelled.
• Only approved listings can be boosted.

7. Shops

• The shop name, logo and contact details must belong to a real shop.
• Shop plans are ฿500 / 7 days (up to 10 bikes), ฿1,500 / 1 month (up to 30 bikes), ฿7,500 / 6 months (up to 50 bikes) and ฿12,500 / 1 year (up to 50 bikes). Expired shops are no longer shown on the shops page.
• Shops must follow rules 2–5 like every other member.

8. Review and penalties

The team reviews listings before or after they go live and may correct a wrong category or details. If a rule is broken:

• First time: a warning, and the listing is hidden or not approved.
• Repeated: posting is suspended for a period.
• Serious (fraud, illegal goods, impersonation): the account is closed permanently, credits are not refunded, and information may be passed to the authorities as required by law.

9. Reporting a problem

If you find a suspicious listing or user, press “Report suspicious listing” on the listing page or contact the team using the details below. The team may update these rules; the date of the latest update is shown at the top.
