Modifications
Frame & Suspension
Standard frame, swing arm and front fork suspension springs (lowered). Rear frame cut, modified and lowered with 260mm rear shock absorbers. Aftermarket front fender and custom rear fender with stress bars powder coated (green) RIB Dunlop 2.25 x 19” (front) Shinko 5.50 x 16” Whitewall (rear), Powder coated (matt black) rims, hub and stainless steal spokes.
Brakes & controls
Standard single brake disk rotor, brake calipers, front master cylinder, Steal braided brake hoses, stock clutch lever, throttle cables and levers.
Engine
Yamaha sr400 high compression piston upgrade and re-born cylinder heads to 550cc engine displacement. Ignition relocation into aluminum box housing, battery eliminator, fuse box, coils, and regulator rectifier. Completely re-wired under seat set up. Side on/off switch for Vintage Bates headlight and tail light.
Tank
HCC custom Peanut tank, powder coated custom (green).
Instruments
Relocated mini speedometer black face on cylinder head. Mini indicator, headlight and horn switch housing.
Seat and upholstery
Hand made custom Tuck n Roll upholstered single seat (brown cow leather).
